The petitioners apprehend their arrest in connection with Minapur P.S. Case No. 436 of 2019 registered for offence punishable under sections 342, 338, 307, 325, 302/34 of the Indian Penal Code.

Petitioners no. 1 and 2 are step sons of deceased Shanti Devi and petitioner no. 3 is her step daughter-in-law. The allegation against them is of badly assaulting the deceased and her husband the informant, by lathi, danda etc. The impugned order shows that in paragraph nos. 7, 8,

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.9075 of 2021(2) dt.22-12-2021 2/2 19, 20, 21 and 22 of the case diary, the informant and witnesses have fully supported the occurrence and as per post mortem report, the injuries were found on the person of the deceased Shanti Devi.

In these circumstances, it is not a fit case for anticipatory bail and accordingly the prayer for anticipatory bail is rejected.
