Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner as well as the learned APP for the State.

The present application has been filed for modification of the order dated 21.06.2022 passed in Cr.Misc. No. 17809 of 2020, by which the petitioner was granted anticipatory bail.

For the reasons disclosed in the application, it is allowed and the time granted by order dated 21.06.2022 passed in Cr.Misc. No. 17809 of 2020 for surrender of the petitioner

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.50719 of 2022(2) dt.21-09-2022 2/2 and furnishing bail bond is extended by four weeks from today. The learned court below shall ensure compliance of the order dated 21.06.2022 passed in Cr.Misc. No. 17809 of 2020.

Office shall ensure that all the defects are removed by the petitioner within the stipulated time provided hereinabove, failing which the matter shall be brought to the notice of this Court.
