JUSTICE DINESH KUMAR SINGH ORAL ORDER 21-07-2015 Heard learned counsels for the petitioner and the State. The petitioner being husband of the informant is apprehending arrest in a case registered for the offences punishable under sections 304B and 201/34 of the Indian Penal Code.

The accusation is of killing the daughter of the informant after four years of marriage for non fulfillment of dowry demands.

Though the FIR suggests that the son of the victim is traceless but it is submitted by learned counsel for the petitioner that the son is with the petitioner and the victim died due to some illness.

Considering the nature of accusation, let the learned

Case No. 124 of 2014 pending in the court of learned JM Ist class, Muzaffarpur. This application is disposed of with the aforesaid observation/direction.
