The petitioner apprehends his arrest in Supaul P.S. Case No. 195 of 2020, registered for the offences punishable under Sections 354A, 379 and other allied sections of the Indian Penal Code.

As per the FIR, petitioner is alleged to have assaulted the daughter-in-law of informant by bamboo stick causing injury on her head.

It is submitted that baby goat of informant entered into the courtyard of petitioner and due to that an altercation took place between the parties. Moreover, there is delay of ten days in lodging of the present FIR without any plausible explanation. Petitioner has got clean antecedent.

No.62733 of 2021(2) dt.12-07-2022 2/2 Considering the facts aforesaid, the petitioner abovenamed, in the event of his arrest/surrender before the court below within a period of six weeks from the date of receipt/production of a copy of this order, is directed to be enlarged on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (Ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned Chief Judicial Magistrate, Supaul in connection with Supaul P.S. Case No. 195 of 2020, subject to the conditions as laid down under Section 438(2) of the Code of Criminal Procedure.
