This application has been filed for modification of the order dated 14.07.2023 passed in Cr. Misc. No. 28614 of 2023.

It is submitted that due to inadvertence the address of the petitioners was wrongly mentioned in the petition and accordingly the same mistake crept up in the order granting bail. The correct address of the petitioners is all resident of village Bangbari, P.S. Hiramma, District- Sheohar.

In view of the above, let the address of the

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.59043 of 2023(2) dt.01-09-2023 2/2 petitioners mentioned in the order dated 14.07.2023 be deleted to be read as "all resident of village Bangbari, P.S. Hiramma, District- Sheohar".

The time granted for surrender is also extended by four weeks from today.

The order dated 14.07.2023 passed in Cr. Misc. No. 28614 of 2023 stands modified to the above extent. The application stands disposed of.
