ANJANA PRAKASH ORAL JUDGMENT Date: 17-04-2015 Heard learned counsel for the Petitioner and the State. The Petitioner seeks quashing of the First Information Report of Raghunathpur P.S. Case No. 33 of 2011. It has been submitted that there is no material against the Petitioner which would warrant continuation of investigation against him.
Since these are matters which can only be gone into by the Investigating Officer, I am not inclined to interfere in the matter. The application is disposed off with a direction to the Investigating Officer to consider the aforesaid and other aspects and close the investigation positively within a period of three months from the date of receipt of this order.
Let this order be communicated to the Superintendent
Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.30571 of 2011 dt.17-04-2015 2/2 of Police, Siwan, in connection with Raghunathpur P.S. Case No. 33 of 2011 for its onward transmission to the Investigating Officer, through FAX at the cost of the Petitioner.
