Petitioner seeks bail in Jhajha P.S. Case No.277 of 2018 instituted for the offence under Section(s) 307 and other sections of Indian Penal Code and Section 3⁄4 of the Explosives Substance Act.
Counsel for the petitioner submits that there is specific allegation against Rajesh Yadav and Dilip Yadav of throwing bomb on the police force. This petitioner is one of the injured found at the place of occurrence, which fact is mentioned in the written report itself.
There is no allegation of any specific overt act against the petitioner. He has clean antecedents. Petitioner is in custody since 24.07.2018.

Let the petitioner, above named, be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000/-(ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the Sub-Divisional Judicial Magistrate, Jamui, in connection with Jhajha P.S. Case No.277 of 2018, subject to the condition that both the bailors shall be close relative of the petitioner.
