Petitioner seeks bail in Kotwali P.S. case no. 432/2018 registered under sections 379/411 of the IPC. Taking note of the fact that the petitioner was caught on the spot and snatched locket was recovered from possession of the petitioner, I am not inclined to release him on bail, at least, at this stage and accordingly, his prayer for bail stands rejected.
