Petitioner seeks bail in a case registered for the offences punishable under Sections 328, 120(B) of the Indian Penal Code and Sections 30(a)(c)(d) of the Bihar Prohibition and Excise Act, 2016.
275 litres of country made liquor and other materials for preparation of liquor was recovered from the river side. Allegation is that the same was of the petitioner. Petitioner has stated on oath that he has got no criminal antecedent. Considering the facts aforesaid, let the petitioner, above named, be released on bail after completion of investigation of the case against the petitioner on furnishing bail bond of Rs.20,000/- (Rupees Twenty Thousand) with two
