In doing so, we are of the considered view, the learned Writ Court has not committed any error warranting reconsideration as we are of the considered view that no
Patna High Court LPA No.703 of 2014 (7) dt.11-07-2017 2/2 mandamus of the nature as prayed for, for taking over of the Institute can be undertaken.
The appeal is, therefore, dismissed.
However, if the State Government, of its own, takes a decision to take over the Institute, this order shall not come in the way.
