Learned counsel for the appellants was directed to take steps for fresh service of appeal notice on the respondents no. 1 to 5 by speed post with AD on their correct and present address within three weeks but learned counsel for the appellants has not taken any steps and did not comply the order dated 28.07.2017. Today also, nobody is present on behalf of the appellants. It reveals that the appellants have lost interest in this appeal, resulting, no one is turning up to comply the order. In the result, this appeal is dismissed in default.
