Petitioner seeks bail in Bakhtiyarpur P.S. Case No.316 of 2018 instituted for the offence under Section(s) 385, 387 Indian Penal Code.

Counsel for the petitioner submits that there is allegation in the written report that Rangdari was demanded from the informant by the mobile of the petitioner. Counsel for the petitioner further submits that he does not deny about talking on the mobile of the informant, but there was no demand of any Rangdari made by the petitioner. It is further submitted that from the written report itself it is apparent that there was no payment of Rangdari by the informant. Petitioner is in custody since

In the facts and circumstances of the case, prayer of the petitioner for grant of bail is allowed. Let the petitioner, above named, be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000/-(ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the Additional Chief Judicial Magistrate, Barh, in connection with Bakhtiyarpur P.S. Case No.316 of 2018, subject to the condition that both the bailors shall be close relative of the petitioner.
