The petitioners apprehend their arrest in a case registered for the offence under Sections 341, 323, 325, 379/34 of the Indian Penal Code.

As per the F.I.R., this petitioner alongwith others assaulted husband of the informant and snatched gold ornaments and cash of Rs. 30,000/- (thirty thousand).

It is submitted on behalf of petitioners that there is general and omnibus allegation of assault and snatching of valuables against the accused persons. Petitioners are own bhagina of the informant and due to land dispute between the parties, the aforesaid case has been lodged. Petitioners have got clean antecedent.

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.62747 of 2021(2) dt.11-07-2022 2/2 Learned A.P.P. for the State has opposed the bail petition.

Considering the aforesaid facts and circumstances, let the above named petitioners, in the event of their arrest/surrender within a period of six weeks from today, be enlarged on bail on furnishing bail-bonds of Rs. 10,000/- (ten thousand) each with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned S.D.J.M., Patna in connection with Digha P.S.
