An Interlocutory Application No.03/2024 is filed by the petitioner by way of Annexure-20 of the writ application. The service of petitioner was terminated, therefore, the petitioner filed an appeal before the Regional Deputy Director of Education, Munger but till date no order has been passed.

Learned counsel for the petitioner is directed to add the R.D.D.E as respondent no.9 in course of day.

Accordingly, this writ application is disposed of with a direction to the petitioner to file a representation before the R.D.D.E or respondent no.9 along with a copy of this order and other documents in support of his claim. The R.D.D.E. shall dispose of the representation of the petitioner within a period of six weeks' by way of passing a speaking and reasoned order. 5.

It is made clear that the R.D.D.E. shall be held responsible non-compliance of this order within the stipulated period.
