Petitioner, who is in custody, seeks bail in connection with Bhargama P.S. Case No. 198 of 2018 registered for the offences punishable under Sections 341, 323, 447, 427, 354-B, 384, 353, 307, 504 and 506 of the Indian Penal Code. Informant who is a Medical Officer has alleged that on 01.08.2018 he got an information that petitioner entered in the maternity ward and started abusing and altercating with lady staff and when he went to pacify them petitioner also started abusing him and tried to kill him and thereafter created obstruction in maternity ward and damaged government property.

It has been submitted on behalf of the petitioner that he is innocent and has committed no offence. He has been

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.63726 of 2018(2) dt.29-10-2018 2/2 falsely implicated in this case due to previous enmity. No injury has been found on the person of the informant. He is in custody since 01.08.2018.

Considering the aforesaid fact and circumstances of the case, let the petitioner named above be released on bail upon furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned C.J.M., at Araria in connection with Bargama P.S. Case No. 198 of 2018.
