Petitioner seeks bail in connection with Gopalpur P.S. Case No. 92 of 2016 registered for the offence punishable under section 307 and other allied sections of the Indian Penal Code and sections 25(1-b)A, 26, 35 and 27 of the Arms Act. Learned counsel appearing for the petitioner submits that petitioner has been falsely implicated in this case due to local politics and admitted land dispute. Nothing specific has been alleged against this petitioner. Similarly situated coaccused has been granted bail by this Court vide order dated 09.11.2017 passed in Cr. Misc. No. 53454 of 2017 (Annexure-5) Petitioner is in custody since 26.06.2018.

Considering the facts and circumstances of the case

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.61181 of 2018(2) dt.06-10-2018 2/2 and the submissions advanced on behalf of the parties, let the petitioner, above named, be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs. 10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of Judicial Magistrate, 1st Class, Bettiah, West Champaran in connection with Gopalpur P.S. Case No. 92 of 2016.
