Petitioner apprehends his arrest in Mirganj P.S. Case No. 206 of 2011 registe4red under section 409 of the Indian Penal Code.
Accusation against the petitioner is that despite direction the petitioner did not handed over charge to newly transferred Rojgar Sewak.
Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner approached the newly transferred Rojgar Sewak to take charge but he was not ready to take charge and later on the petitioner approached several time and handed over charge to him
Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.17231 of 2015 (2) dt.03-06-2015 2/2 on 24.09.2012. .
Considering the aforesaid facts, the above named petitioner in the event of his arrest or surrender before the court below within a period of four weeks from the date of receipt/production of a copy of this order be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of like amount each to the satisfaction of Chief Judicial Magistrate, Gopalganj in Mirganj P.S. Case No. 206 of 2011, subject to the conditions as laid down under section 438(2) Cr.P.C.
