Petitioners, Sammi Mian and Taslim Mian have been granted anticipatory bail under Cr. Misc. No. 14113/2019 vide order dated 10.06.2019 and in order to facilitate the execution of the order, petitioners were directed to be released on bail in the event of surrender/arrest within a fortnight which they could not avail and so, by filing Cr.Misc.No. 47843/2019, a prayer has been made for extension of the period which was allowed but on account of inadvertent entry, though the order has been typed granting extension but with regard to some other Cr. Misc. Case

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.47843 of 2019(4) dt.02-09-2019 2/3 No. 47543/2019 in place of Cr. Misc. No. 47843/2019. So, it has come again under the heading 'to be mentioned' and vide order dated 08.08.2019, the order dated 31.07.2019 has been corrected to that extent.

It has been submitted at the end of learned counsel for the petitioners that on account of non transmission of order dated 31.07.2019, there appears to be missing link whereupon, the petitioners are not found capable in getting bail bond furnished.

Accordingly, office is directed to transmit to the learned lower court the order dated 10.06.2019 passed in connection with Cr. Misc. No. 14113/2019 as well as the order dated 31.07.2019 purported to be in connection with Cr. Misc. No. 47843/2019 in Cr. Misc. No. 14113/2019 as well as order dated 08.08.2019 relating to Cr. Misc. No. 47843/2019 in Cr. Misc. No. 14113/2019.

Furthermore, in the background of the aforesaid eventuality, the period so granted vide order dated 10.06.2019 in connection with Cr. Misc. No. 14113/2019 and extended vide order dated 31.07.2019 in Cr. Misc. No. 47843/2019, is further extended for a fortnight and in terms thereof, now the chapter is closed.
