Petitioner is in custody since 11.08.2016 in connection with Beur P.S. Case No. 206 of 2016 registered under Sections 341, 323, 498A & 506 of the Indian Penal Code and Section 3/4of the D.P. Act.

Allegation against the petitioner is of demand of dowry. 4.
Learned counsel for the petitioner has submitted that the petitioner has falsely been implicated in this case and the demand of dowry, as alleged, against the petitioner is completely false and frivolous. Moreover, the informant has illicit relation with her Bahnoi and she is living at present with him. On this pretext only, the informant herself has deserted the petitioner. Further, the petitioner is ready to keep his wife with full honour and dignity.

Considering the facts and circumstances of the case and the nature of allegation and also the period of detention of this
Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.51362 of 2016 (2) dt.19-12-2016 petitioner, the petitioner, above named, is directed to be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (Ten Thousand rupees only) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned Judicial Magistrate,1st Class, Patna in connection with Beur P.S. Case No. 206 of 2016.
