The petitioner apprehends his arrest in connection with Phulwari Sharif P.S. Case No.515 of 2021 instituted under Sections 498(A), 420, 370, 323/34 of the Indian Penal Code and 3⁄4 Dowry Act.

As per the prosecution story, the informant alleged that regarding marriage dispute of his daughter with the present petitioner, a 'Panchayati' was held where they came and were warmly greeted and on the pretext of getting some more people, from their side to participate in 'Panchayati', he took the keys of the car of the informant and left the place, never to return. When the informant went to the house of the petitioner and asked for

Considering the kind of conduct that the petitioner has shown as also the fact that now cognizance has been taken under Section 498A and 420 of the IPC as informed by the learned counsel for the informant, no case for anticipatory bail is made out.
