JUSTICE HEMANT KUMAR SRIVASTAVA ORAL ORDER 30-09-2016 Heard learned counsel for the petitioner as well as learned Additional Public Prosecutor for the State. Petitioner and his associates made an attempt to snatch the motorcycle of the informant but due to timely arrival of the police, petitioner and his associates could not succeed in their attempt and petitioner was caught on the spot. The first information report goes to show that no arms was recovered from conscious possession of the petitioner. Moreover, petitioner is in jail custody since 01.06.2016 and he does not have any criminal antecedent.

Accordingly, let the petitioner, above named, be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs. 10,000/- with two
