2. The petitioner seeks pre-arrest bail in connection with Chapra Muffasil P.S. Case No. 143 of 2021 registered for the offence punishable under Sections 328, 302/34, 341 and 323 of the Indian Penal Code.

3. As per the allegation made in the F.I.R., the petitioner along with other accused persons has committed murder of the son of the informant.

4. Learned counsel appearing on behalf of the petitioner has pleaded innocence of the petitioner on the ground that the petitioner is brother-in-law of the deceased and he has

5. Learned APP for the State has vehemently opposed the prayer for grant of pre-arrest bail to the petitioner.

6. Having considered the rival submissions made on behalf of the parties, as well as, nature of allegation, I am not inclined to enlarge the petitioner on pre-arrest bail. The prayer for pre-arrest bail of the petitioner stands rejected. (Purnendu Singh, J) mantreshwar/- U T
