The petitioner seeks bail in Ladaniya P.S. case No. 03 of 2018 registered under Section 363, 366A, 34 of the Indian Penal Code.

The informant alleged that when he woke up he found his daughter missing. During enquiry it transpired that Rajeev Ranjan enticed his daughter for the purpose of marriage and petitioner and others are alleged to have helped Rajeev Ranjan.

The learned counsel for the petitioner submits that there is no eye witness of the occurrence. There is specific allegation against Rajeev Ranjan who is alleged to have kidnapped the victim for the purpose of marriage.

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.59978 of 2018 (2) dt.28-09-2018 2/2 Taking into consideration the facts aforesaid and the nature of allegation made against the petitioner, the petitioner, above named, is directed to be enlarged on bail on his furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned Additional Chief Judicial Magistrate-IV, Madhubani in connection with Ladaniya P.S. case No. 03 of 2018.
