"A. To issue a writ of mandamus or any other appropriate writ(s)/order(s)/direction(s) restraining the Respondents from continuing the construction of a garbage disposal unit on the residential road of Bhawanipur Panchayat District Bhagalpur;
B. To direct the respondents to relocate the said facility to a suitable government land in a non-residential area in accordance with the law and guidelines."
2. From perusal of the record, it appears that the
Patna High Court CWJC No.13338 of 2025(2) dt.31-10-2025 2/2 petitioner has come before this Court challenging the site selection in respect to the construction of a garbage disposal unit. Issues like, which is the appropriate site for construction of a garbage disposal unit, is purely a policy decision of the concerned authority and is in domain of the local administration. Taking this into account, we find no merit in the present writ application.
3. Accordingly, the present writ application stands dismissed.
