Accusation against the petitioners is that they along with several other persons, having armed with lethal weapons, made attempt to grab the land of the informant and made indiscriminate firings. Furthermore, they also made attempt to outrage the modesty of the informant's daughter.
Submission on behalf of the petitioners is that no one has sustained any injury in the alleged occurrence and having similar allegation co-accused persons have already been granted privilege of bail.
Considering the aforesaid facts and circumstances as well as submissions of the parties, let the petitioners be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs 10,000/- each with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the Sub divisional Judicial Magistrate, Raxaul, East Champaran in Raxaul P.S. case no. 88/2016. shahid (Hemant Kumar Srivastava,J) U T
