JUSTICE ANIL KUMAR UPADHYAY ORAL JUDGMENT (Per: HONOURABLE THE CHIEF JUSTICE) Date: 03-08-2017 In the matter of regularizing the service of the appellant for the period from 07.02.1985 to 08.01.1990 and taking note of the fact that the appellant had retired on attaining the age of superannuation on 31.12.1993, further considering the inordinate delay and the fact that appellant accepted his pensionary benefit without any objection in the year 2011, the learned Writ Court has refused to interfere into the matter.

We see no error in the order passed by the learned Writ

The Letters Patent Appeal stands dismissed.
