The petitioner seeks bail in Mansi P.S.Case No. 101 of 2018, registered for the offence punishable under Sections 457 and 380 of the Indian Penal Code.

Allegedly from the informant's house, two mobile sets of Samsung and Vivo company each were stolen. Learned counsel, appearing on behalf of the petitioner, has submitted that none of the mobile phones has been recovered from the possession of the petitioner and he has been implicated merely on the basis of suspicion, since the petitioner's SIM was found to have been used in one of the mobile sets. He contends that the petitioner had purchased a mobile set from his co-villager under the bonafide belief that

He further submits that the petitioner has remained in custody since 30.07.2018 and he shall co-operate in investigation and shall present himself before the court below as and when required for the purpose of any inquiry or trial. In view of aforesaid submissions, this application is allowed. Let the petitioner, above-named, be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/-(ten thousand), with two sureties of the like amount each, to the satisfaction of the learned CJM, Khagaria in Mansi P.S.
