JUSTICE RAJAN GUPTA) 23-03-2022 The petitioner has filed this petition seeking a mandamus for payment of an amount of Rs. 3,09,114/- against the Milling charge, Transportation and Handling (Loading and Unloading) charge etc.

At the outset, we have put a query to the petitioner as to whether he is ready to file a representation before the respondent no. 3. The petitioner is ready for the same. The learned counsel for the respondents submit that in

Patna High Court CWJC No.3437 of 2021(4) dt.23-03-2022 2/2 case, such a representation is filed within a period of 10 days from today, a decision thereon shall be taken at the earliest, in any case, not later than 02 weeks from filing of the same. It is made clear that if any amount is found due, it shall be paid to the petitioner forthwith, failing which, it shall carry simple interest of 8% per annum.
