The petitioner seeks bail in Case No. C2/461/2018, instituted for the offences under Sections 30(A) of Bihar Prohibition and Excise Act, 2016.

15 litres of country made liquor and 200kg Mahua are alleged to have been recovered from the hut of this petitioner. Learned counsel for the petitioner has submitted that petitioner has clean antecedent. He is in custody since 02.09.2018. Considering the aforesaid facts and circumstances, prayer of the petitioner for grant of bail is allowed. Let the petitioner, above named, be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like
