The petitioners apprehend their arrest in connection with Kotwali P.S. Case No. 430 of 2019 registered for the offence under Sections 341, 323, 354, 379, 427, 448, 504 and 34 of the Indian Penal Code and under Section 3⁄4 of Prevention of Witch Craft Act.

Learned counsel for the petitioners submits that due to land dispute earlier F.I.R. was instituted, in which the petitioners were granted bail. Now, another F.I.R. has against instituted only to pressurize the petitioners for somehow enter into compromise.

Considering the aforesaid facts and circumstances, let

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.9433 of 2021(2) dt.07-12-2021 2/2 above named petitioners, in the event of their arrest or surrender within four weeks from today, be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (Ten thousand) each with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Chief Judicial Magistrate, Gaya in connection with Kotwali P.S. Case No. 430 of 2019, subject to the conditions as laid down under Section 438 (2) of the Cr.P.C.
