Petitioner seeks bail in Mashrakh P.S. Case No.06 of 2018 instituted for the offence under Section(s) 302, 376, 120B, 201, 511/34 Indian Penal Code and Section 4 of the POCSO Act.

Counsel for the petitioner submits that in the written report mere suspicion has been raised by the informant against the petitioner. Petitioner has been arrested by the police on the basis of suspicion raised by the informant in the written report. The informant has alleged in the written report that he has suspicion that Vinod Singh (petitioner) has committed murder of his daughter after committing rape.

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.66215 of 2018 (2) dt.05-11-2018 2/2 Counsel for the petitioner submits that medical examination of dead body was done and there was no sign of rape.

Petitioner is in custody since 12.01.2018.

In the facts and circumstances of the case, prayer of the petitioner for grant of bail is allowed. Let the petitioner, above named, be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000/-(ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the Special Judge, POCSO Act, Saran at Chapra, in connection with Mashrakh P.S. Case No.06 of 2018, subject to the condition that both the bailors shall be close relative of the petitioner.
