The petitioner apprehends his arrest in Chandi P.S. Case No.152 of 2019 registered under Sections 147, 148, 149, 341, 342, 323, 324, 307, 504 of the Indian Penal Code and Section 27 of the Arms Act.

Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner has committed no offence and has falsely been implicated in the present case. The specific allegation of assault to the informant is against co-accused Rajesh Rai and Jalendra Yadav. The petitioner has got one criminal antecedent. Having considered the fact that there is no specific allegation against the petitioner, the petitioner, above named, in the event of his arrest or surrender before the learned court

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.9060 of 2021(7) dt.28-10-2021 2/2 below within a period of four weeks from the date of receipt/production of a copy of this order, is directed to be enlarged on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000/- (Ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned A.C.J.M. XII, Bhojpur at Ara in connection with Chandi P.S. Case No.152 of 2019, subject to the conditions as laid down under Section 438 (2) of the Code of Criminal Procedure.
