Petitioner is accused in connection with UdaKishunganj P.S. Case No. 145 of 2016 registered under Section 30(a) of Bihar Madhya Nishedh & Excise Act.

The allegation is of recovery of 30 liters of Foreign Liquor.

Learned counsel appearing on behalf of the petitioner submits that petitioner has falsely been implicated in this case. Further submission is that moreover, petitioner is in custody since 18.10.2016, having no criminal antecedent.

Having considered the facts and circumstances of the case, let the above named petitioner be released on bail on

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.50582 of 2016 (3) dt.09-01-2017 2/2 furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of S.D.J.M., Uda-Kishunganj, Madhepura in connection with Uda-Kishunganj P.S. Case No. 145 of 2016.
