The petitioner seeks bail in Lauriya P.S.Case No.187 of 2017 registered for the offence under Sections 392 of Indian Penal Code.

Accusation is of snatching motor cycle along with Rs.1,29,000/- of the informant by four unknown persons. F.I.R. is against unknown.

It has been submitted by the learned counsel for the petitioner is that the petitioner is not named in the F.I.R.. His name has transpired during course of investigation on the basis of confessional statement of co-accused Satrajeet Chaudhary @ Ajay Chaudhary before the police who has already been granted bail vide order dated 11.5.2018 passed in Cr. Misc. No.22354/18. He

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.62827 of 2018 (2) dt.12-10-2018 2/2 has not been put on T.I.P. He is in custody since 26.04.2018. He further submits that the petitioner is accused in six more cases but he is on bail in all cases.

Having considered the facts and circumstances of the case, let the petitioner, above named, be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000/- with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the Additional Chief Judicial Magistrate- 1st, Bettiah, West Champaran, in Lauria P.S.Case No.187 of 2017.
