This application has been filed for grant of regular bail arises out of Chhapra Town P.S. Case No. 625 of 2020, registered for the offence punishable under Sections 419, 420, 467, 468, 120B of the Indian Penal Code and later Section 66 (c) & 66(d) of the IT Act has been added.

In view of the serious allegations levelled against the petitioner and his criminal antecedents having been involved in such type of crime, this Court is not inclined to grant bail to the petitioner.

Mr. Vishwanath Prasad Sinha, learned senior counsel appearing on behalf of the E.O.U. submits that the EOU will
