2. The petitioners apprehend their arrest in connection with Madhuban (Garahiya O.P.) P.S. Case No. 160 of 2024, G.R. No. 2007 of 2024 registered under Sections 341, 323, 354B, 379, 504, 506 and 34 of the Indian Penal Code.

3. As per prosecution case, these petitioners abused and assaulted informant by means of legs and slaps, due to which

4. Having considered the nature of accusation, this Court is not inclined to grant anticipatory bail to the petitioners. Accordingly, prayer for bail of the petitioners is rejected. (Prabhat Kumar Singh, J) utkarsh/- U T
