2. Petitioner seeks regular bail in a case registered for the offence punishable under Sections 103(1) and 3(5) of the BNS.

3. As per the prosecution case, petitioner along with other co-accused with common intention killed the daughter of the informant with knife and iron rod.

4. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner is the husband of the deceased and, as a matter of fact, the deceased had committed suicide on her own. There is no eye witness to the alleged occurrence. The police after investigation submitted charge-sheet against the petitioner under Section 108 of BNS. Petitioner claims clean antecedent and he

5. Learned A.P.P. for the State vehemently opposes the bail application.

6. Considering the aforesaid facts and circumstances of the case and period of custody, the bail application is allowed. Let the above named petitioner be released on bail on furnishing bail-bond of Rs. 10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of A.C.J.M.-II, Biraul, Darbhanga in connection with Ghanshyampur P. S. Case No. 59 of 2025.
