Petitioner is languishing in custody since 22.07.2016 in connection with Sohsarai P.S. Case No. 128 of 2016 for offences punishable under Section 304B/34 of the Indian Penal Code.

The petitioner is mother-in-law of the deceased. She is aged about 65 years. There is general and omnibus allegation of demand of dowry and torture to the victim before her death.

Considering the age of the petitioner, general and omnibus nature of allegation and the fact that husband of the deceased is already in custody, let petitioner, above named, be
