This application for regular bail arises out of Nawanagar P.S. Case No. 113 of 2018 for the offences under Sections 304B/34 of the Indian Penal Code.

Petitioner No. 1 is the mother-in-law and the petitioner No.2 is the father-in-law of the deceased. There is allegation of demand of dowry and subsequent death of the deceased during seven years of marriage in unnatural circumstance.

Learned counsel appearing for the petitioners has submitted, referring to the First Information Report, that there is no specific allegation against these petitioners of any demand of dowry having been ever made. It has also been submitted that

Considering the facts and circumstances and the submissions made on behalf of the petitioners, as noted above, this application is allowed.

Let the petitioners above named be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (Ten Thousand) each with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned Chief Judicial Magistrate, Buxar, in Nawanagar P.S. Case No. 113 of 2018.
