The petitioner apprehends his arrest in Ekangarsarai P.S. case No. 91 of 2019 registered under Section 341, 323, 406, 420, 504, 506, 34 of the IPC.

The informant alleged that Pinku Kumari and her husband, Birendra Kuamr, took Rs. 1,30,000/- from her for providing job but they did not return the money nor provided the job and when the informant went to demand money the petitioner, who happens to be brother of the Pinku Kumari, is alleged to have abused and threatened the informant. The learned counsel for the petitioner submits that petitioner only pacified the matter and he has no manner of concern with the informant. The petitioner happens to be brother

Considering the facts aforesaid and nature of allegation made against the petitioner, the petitioner, above named, in the event of his arrest/ surrender before the court below within a period of four weeks from the date of receipt/ production of a copy of this order is directed to be enlarged on bail on his furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (rupees ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Additional Chief Judicial Magistrate, Hilsa (Nalanda) in connection with Ekangarsarai P.S. case No. 91 of 2019, subject to conditions as laid down under Section 438(2) of the Code of Criminal Procedure.
