08-06-2015 The petitioner apprehends his arrest in relation to Dehri (Indrapuri) P.S. Case No. 193/2014 registered under Sections 379 of the Indian Penal Code and 135 of Electricity Act.

Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that so far as any outstanding amount is concerned, from perusal of the First Information Report, it appears that pursuant to the F.I.R. a provisional assessment has been made under Section 126 of the Electricity Act that shows an outstanding. However, learned counsel for the petitioner submits that in case he was found using a pump unauthorizedly then not only the wire ought to have been seized but the pump also should have been seized. A wire can be found anywhere and picked up

Be that as it may, in the event of his arrest/surrender before the court below within four weeks, let the petitioner, namely, Bansi Singh, be enlarged on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs. 10,000/- (ten thousand only) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of Sub-Divisional Judicial Magistrate, Dehri, Rohtas, in connection with Dehri (Indrapuri) P.S. Case No. 193/2014, subject to condition laid down under Section 438 (2) of the Code of Criminal Procedure.
