9 liter country made liquor is said to have been recovered from possession of the petitioner for which petitioner is in jail custody since 28.9.2016 without having any criminal antecedent. Accordingly, petitioner is directed to be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs 10,000/- with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the Addl. Chief Judicial Magistrate II, Purnea in Routa P.S. Case no. 54/2016.
