The petitioner has contended in paragraph No. 8 of his contempt application that his case is identical to the case of other petitioners in M.J.C. No. 871 of 2012.
Learned counsel for the State informs that M.J.C. No. 871 of 2012 has since been dismissed on 21.10.2014, thus, this case has also met with the similar fate. The present application stands dismissed.
