ANJANA MISHRA ORAL ORDER 04-11-2015 Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned counsel appearing on behalf of the State. The petitioner, being the husband of O.P. No.2, is apprehending his arrest in connection with Complaint Case No.185© of 2013 for allegedly having committed the offence under Section 498A of the Indian Penal Code and Section 3/4 of the Dowry Prohibition Act.
Earlier, notice in the case was issued to O.P. No.2, which was validly served on her, but till date no one has come to oppose the present application.
Considering the fact that the petitioner is willing and
Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.28485 of 2015 (6) dt.04-11-2015 2/2 ready to keep O.P. No.2 with all honour and dignity, let the petitioner, above named, in the event of his arrest or surrender before the court below within a period of four weeks from the date of receipt/production of a copy of this order, be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000/- (Ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned Chief Judicial Magistrate, Buxar, in connection with Complaint Case No.185© of 2013, subject to the conditions as laid down under Section 438(2) of the Code of Criminal Procedure.
