2. The present modification application has been filed for modifying the order dated 20.04.2022 passed in Cr. Misc. No. 42907 of 2021 by which anticipatory bail of the petitioner was allowed with a direction to surrender before the Court below within a period of six weeks from today.

3. For the reasons mentioned in the modification application, the same is allowed and the time to surrender before the Court below vide order dated 20.04.2022 is extended by
