The University as well as the Dental Council of India having approached the Government of India for setting aside the election of the petitioner to the Dental Council of India and the matter admittedly pending before the statutory authority i.e. the Secretary, Government of India, for a decision, no reason to keep the present contempt application pending which is disposed of accordingly.
