1. The present writ petition has been filed seeking the following relief(s):- "1(I) For that a nature of certiorari to setting a side order dated 26.6.2023 passed by Learned Court of District Magistrate, West Champaran connection with R.M. Bettiah in 37/15-16 whose by where under the Learned Court has mentioned that no any provision to review it an order.
(II) For that this writ application is being filed for direction to the respondent
Patna High Court CWJC No.12739 of 2023(2) dt.15-01-2024 2/2 concern to select the petitioner on the post of Sevika in Anganwari Centre of - 50 on the ground that the petitioner is illegible candidate and selected through Aam Sabha held in Gram panchayat - Raj Singhari -Pipariya Anchal, Bagaha -1, District-West Champaran."

At the outset, the learned counsel for the petitioner seeks not to press the present writ petition, however, seeks liberty on behalf of the petitioner to avail such other alternative remedies as are otherwise available under the law, including that of filing a civil suit before the learned Civil Court having competent jurisdiction, for redressal of her aforesaid grievances. Liberty so sought is granted.
