JUSTICE BIRENDRA KUMAR ORAL ORDER 13-02-2017 Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner, the informant and the State.

This is a petition for grant of regular bail for offence under Sections 302, 364A and 34 of the Indian Penal Code.

The first information report was lodged against unknown for missing of Ravindra Kumar, son of the informant. Subsequently, on the confessional statement of coaccused, this petitioner was arrested on 13.02.2016 and, thereafter, he is in custody. It has come during investigation that on the confession of the all the three accused, including the petitioner, dead body was recovered.

Considering the period already undergone, the petitioner, above named, is directed to be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000/- (rupees ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each in connection with Deoriya P.S. Case No. 7 of 2016 to the satisfaction of the Chief Judicial Magistrate, Muzaffarpur, or successor Court. (Birendra Kumar, J) SA/- U √ T √
