Petitioner seeks bail in Nawanagar P.S. Case No.43 of 2018 instituted for the offence under Section(s) 304-B, 201/34 Indian Penal Code.
It is alleged in the written report that informant got information that his grand-daughter has been murdered in her Sasural by her mother-in-law, brother-in-law, sister-in-law. It is alleged against this petitioner that he along with other accused as named in the written has helped the accused persons in disposing off the dead body.
Counsel for the petitioner submits that petitioner is not the family members of the deceased. He has no concern with

Petitioner is in custody since 18.07.2018.
In the facts and circumstances of the case, prayer of the petitioner for grant of bail is allowed. Let the petitioner, above named, be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000/-(ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the Additional Sessions Judge-IIcum-Special Judge, Excise Act, Buxar, in connection with Nawanagar P.S. Case No.43 of 2018, subject to the condition that both the bailors shall be close relative of the petitioner. (Sanjay Priya, J) JA/- U T
