This is a petition for grant of regular bail for offence under Sections 20 and 22 of the Narcotic Drugs and Psychotropic Substances Act, 1985.

Hundred grams of ganja was recovered from the possession of the petitioner. The petitioner is in custody since 28.10.2016. The petitioner has stated on oath that he has got no criminal antecedent.

Considering the aforesaid fact, the petitioner, above named, is directed to be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000/- (rupees ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each in connection with Akbar Nagar P.S. Case No. 112 of 2016 to the satisfaction of the Sessions Judge, Bhagalpur, or successor Court.
